Customers can conveniently buy everyday essentials, food, medicines, lifestyle products, send parcels, or book rental rides from a single unified web application. --- ## 2. Getting Started: Accessing the Web App & Setting Location ### Step 1: Open the Web Application Open any web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) on your computer or mobile device and navigate to: `http://localhost:3000` (or your live website domain). ### Step 2: Set Your Delivery Location (Crucial First Step) To see stores, products, and restaurants available in your area, set your location immediately upon landing: 1. Click the **"Select Location"** bar at the top-left of the page. 2. Allow browser location access for automatic GPS detection, OR type your City / Street address in the search box. 3. Click **Confirm Location**. > 💡 **Tip:** Setting your exact location ensures that delivery times, delivery fees, and available stores are accurately calculated for your address. --- ## 3. Account Creation & Login Procedure While users can browse products without signing in, creating an account is required to place orders, save delivery addresses, track live orders, and earn reward points. ### A. Creating a New Account (Sign Up) 1. Click the **"Sign In"** button at the top-right of the header. 2. Click **"Create Account"** or **"Sign Up"**. 3. Fill in your details: * **Full Name** * **Phone Number** (with country code selection) * **Email Address** * **Password** & **Confirm Password** 4. Check **"I agree to the Terms and Conditions"**. 5. Searching Products, Stores & Categories ### Search Bar Usage * Click the **Search Bar** located in the top navigation bar. * Type the name of an item (e.g., *"Milk"*, *"Biryani"*, *"Panadol"*, *"Sneakers"*) or a store name. * Press **Enter**. Filter results by Price, Popularity, Ratings, or Distance. ### Flash Sales & Campaigns * **Flash Sales**: Click **Flash Sales** in the top navigation to view time-limited deep discounts. * **Campaigns**: Browse seasonal deals, holiday sales, and special store promotions. * **Brands**: Click **All Brands** to shop directly from verified brand stores. --- ## 6. Managing Wishlist & Shopping Cart ### Saving Items to Wishlist * Click the **Heart Icon (❤️)** on any item card to save it to your Wishlist for later. * Access your saved items anytime under **Profile ➔ Wishlist**. ### Adding Items to Shopping Cart 1. Click on a product to view full details, size/quantity options, and seller info. 2. Select your desired quantity. 3. Click **"Add to Cart"**. 4. Set **Drop-off Location** (Receiver Name, Phone, Address). 5. Enter estimated package weight. 6. Select Payment Method (Paid by Sender or Paid by Receiver on COD). 7. Click **Confirm Parcel Booking**. A delivery rider will arrive to collect the parcel. --- ## 10. Special Feature: Rental Bookings To book a vehicle or ride service: 1.
